COMPOC | Committee Member: Established August 14, 1996 by the Santee City Council, the purpose of the Committee is to make recommendations regarding the City's Community Oriented Policing program. These may include recommendations regarding crime prevention, drug awareness, education programs, neighborhood watch programs, law enforcement staffing and other issues regarding the City's overall policing effort. The committee recommendations are forwarded to the Council for final action.
East County Economic Development Council | Board Member: Since 1984, East County Economic Development Council (ECEDC) has been at the forefront of promoting economic development, spurring stimulation of investment in East County, and fostering partnership and cooperation among businesses and organizations throughout San Diego County.
Highway 52 Coalition | Member: The Highway 52 Coalition is a public/private organization formed to lobby for the monies to repair and expand State Route 52 thus relieving the Santee City streets from traffic.
New California Coalition | Member: The New California Coalition (NCC) is the non-partisan political home and voice for over 9.7 million "Common Sense" voters across California. We want results, are we are mobilizing to achieve them. The NCC is organizing everyday voters, business leaders, and community organizations from across the state into a civic movement to demand change and action. We seek triple-bottom-line solutions that grow our economy, sustain our environment and fix social inequities.
San Diego County CSA-69 | Committee Member (dissolved 1/1/2023): The purpose of the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Heartland Emergency Medical Services District as set forth is to provide a means of communication between the residents of County Service Area 69 and the County Health and Human Services Agency and the Board of Supervisors; and, to facilitate the administration of the Heartland Emergency Medical Services District.
Yes on 36 Coalition | Member: California is suffering from a continued explosion in theft and trafficking of deadly hard drugs like fentanyl, often because the people committing these crimes do not face serious consequences. Prop 36 will make our communities safer by creating real accountability for those drug traffickers and criminals who repeatedly steal while also providing meaningful treatment incentives for individuals with mental health and drug addiction issues.
