Santee, CA – Kim Hales was sworn in as the newest member of Padre Dam Municipal Water District’sBoard of Directors on December 9, 2024. Director Suzanne Till was also sworn in at the same time forher second term on the District’s Board of Directors. Hello Santee! Each month our Chamber has a Government Affairs Committee which meets to receive reports from representatives of elected officials, review potential impact on businesses, and recommend action, when needed, to the Chamber Board of Directors. Last month we were hosted at the Padre Dam Municipal Water District’s customer service building where we were treated to an overview of the East County Advanced Water Purification Program, then able to take an onsite tour of the current construction.
