              Superintendent Fowler Officially Opposes Parole for 2001 Santana Shooter

               
              EL CAJON  – Grossmont Union High School District Superintendent Mike Fowler has sent a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Board of Parole Hearings urging the denial of parole for Charles “Andy” Williams, the 2001 Santana High School shooter.
