Santee Chamber Weekly Update 31MAY24

Hello Santee! 

Last weekend was incredible. We hosted our annual Santee Street Fair - a community event which boasted tens of thousands of guests, hundreds of vendors, dozens of volunteers, and one very special Gold Star Family. To those who contributed in any way possible, thank you. This event is put on by our small staff (thank you Jennae and Caitlyn!) and some impressive volunteers with the help of many sponsors, including our presenting sponsors: Pepper Farm Deli, Image On and iSquad Repair. 

But back to the volunteers… I had a few who were instrumental in the success of the event (Adam Alison, Aleta Jordan, Charlie Plavi, practically my entire Board of Directors!), but none more so than Tim Staump. Tim is on my board, owns Staump Music School, and genuinely cares about the Chamber and the overall success of hosting this for our community. Without his help, guidance, support, ideas and hard work, I fully belief this wouldn’t have had a fraction of the success we saw. Thank you, Tim, you are so valued!
