Last week we had the pleasure of celebrating the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of HotWorx Studio, a unique 24/7 gym located right here in Santee. What sets HotWorx Studio apart is their innovative workout experience offering sessions in saunas or infrared rooms. Each sauna features video workouts to guide you, with a variety of machines including bikes, rowers, and more. They also have a Functional Exercise Zone (FX Zone), a fully equipped area with bands, weights and additional workout equipment for use before, after, or in between your infrared workouts.
