Santee Chamber Weekly Update 20JUN24

Hello Santee!

Last week I wrote about the Santee Chamber and how our inaugural Party with a Purpose in 2023 has led to our ability to produce scholarships to the tune of $8,000 this spring. Event chair and Chamber board member, Daniel Buksa, and I were able to attend Senior Awards Night for West Hills on May 30^th as we proudly gave the last four scholarships for this school year. As we continued our efforts to empower local high school students in the pursuit of trades careers, we gladly honored senior recipients Brendan Obuljen, Savanah Smith, James Jackson and Aniya Hines. 

We are so grateful for this opportunity and excited to see our next generation of graduates take to their next phase of training to enter our workforce. We are in planning mode to host another event fundraiser this December and in the meantime, you can donate towards the next round of scholarships by visiting our website.
