Hello Santee!
The new year is well underway and with that comes a slight change in the tide. Our chamber of commerce has a diverse and unique board of directors in which a leadership change has allowed for some new additions and a new face at the helm. I’d like to officially welcome new Chair of the Board, Susie Parks (Coffee Corner), along with returning Director, Tim Staump (Staump Music School) and new Directors Karl Burris (Live Life Physiotherapy) and Stephanie Wooding (Best Day Ever Weddings + Events). Susie has been serving on our board and executive committee for several years, but you may know her for her signature smile and happy demeanor each time she greets a customer at the Coffee Corner on Town Center Parkway. She and he husband own that location along with the original on the corner of Mast and Carlton Hills. Her generous spirit and love for small business is a welcomed attitude as we take on the year together. Welcome, Susie!
