A.J. Tota Joins
SANTEE, Calif (October 20, 2024) – Arpad “A.J.” Tota of Santee, CA has joined Thrivent as a financial advisor. Thrivent is a Fortune 500 diversified financial services organization offering advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs and solutions to clients nationwide.
A.J. comes to Thrivent ready and eager to support clients in all stages of their financial journey. With the belief that money is a tool, not a goal, he is passionate about taking a purpose-based approach to financial advice. He takes time to understand his clients’ unique goals and priorities and helps them develop a holistic financial strategy so they can achieve their most important goals. Through his work, he wants to help people achieve financial clarity, enabling lives full of meaning and gratitude.
He's interested in helping small business owners and their families with financial strategies, young families getting started, and seniors like himself plan for the future while establishing multi-generational strategies to bless future generations.

Before joining Thrivent, A.J. retired after 50 years of industry and government service and turned his focus to serving his family, church and community with professional financial security planning. As a Santee resident for over 46 years, his community service activities include supporting Kiwanis, Rotary, Santee Chamber of Commerce, San Diego Center for Economic Education. He was also recognized for a second year with a San Diego County District 2 Hero award by Supervisor Joel Anderson. In his spare time, he is a doting grandfather of five and teaches in the Junior High School age youth program at Pathways Community Church in Santee.
