• Veteran Resource Organization Application

  • We are pleased to invite Veteran-serving organizations to apply for the opportunity to participate as a vendor in our 2nd Annual Veteran's Resource Expo, which will take place on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carlton Oaks Country Club. The expo will be held in conjunction with our Veterans Appreciation Golf Tournament, and vendors are welcome to stay beyond the expo hours if they wish.

    To be considered, your organization must provide direct resources, services, and/or support to Veterans. Please note that simply being a veteran-owned business does not meet the eligibility criteria.

    As an approved vendor, you will receive a complimentary 10x10 booth space. We ask that you supply your own table, chairs, awning (optional), and any promotional materials for your cause. We request that you arrive for set up between 8:00AM & 8:15AM.

    We are excited to bring together organizations committed to supporting our veterans and look forward to your participation in this meaningful event.
