Did you know that the Santee Chamber of Commerce has a nonprofit foundation dedicated to supporting local students and community initiatives?

The Santee Chamber Foundation For Good works to invest in the future of our community through scholarships, educational programs, and

charitable giving.

This year, the Foundation proudly awarded scholarships to 11 graduating seniors from West Hills High School and Santana High School who are interested in pursuing careers in the skilled trades after graduation. Five students from West Hills High School and six students from Santana High School each received a $1,000 scholarship to help them continue their education, training, and career development in trade-related fields.

In addition, one outstanding student from Chet F. Harritt School was recognized with the Foundation's Academic Achievement Award and selected as the overall scholarship recipient for demonstrating exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and dedication to future success.

These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and community partners who believe in investing in local students and strengthening the future workforce of Santee.
