Hello Santee!

Last week, February 3–6, I had the privilege of attending the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona. The conference gathered chamber professionals from across the western United States. With this year’s theme, “Ignite Your Mind, Chamber & Soul,” the conference delivered exactly that: four days of high-level leadership development, forward-thinking strategy sessions, and meaningful collaboration.



Beyond the educational content, the true value of W.A.C.E. was in the connections and shared experiences with fellow chamber leaders who face similar opportunities and challenges. The conversations, whether during structured networking events or casual moments between sessions, sparked fresh ideas and offered practical solutions I am excited to bring back to our Santee Chamber. Investing in professional development at this level ensures we continue delivering strong programs, meaningful member value, and strategic growth for our business community. I returned from Tucson energized, inspired, and ready to implement new ideas that will strengthen our Chamber and the businesses we serve throughout 2026!
