Hello Santee!

Last week the Santee Chamber was honored to have two staff members included in a special celebration: the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards for Ethics for their Pacific Southwest/San Diego region. Chamber member and local jewel, Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve was among some of the well-respected finalists in this elite showcase. The application for consideration outlines the character of the organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how the company prioritizes its relationship with customers and the impact the organization is making in its community. 

Did you know: Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve provides a variety of recreational spaces and amenities that are maintained by recycling two million gallons of water per day at their Ray Stoyer Water Reclamation Facility north of Santee Lakes. This is just one of the many ways this park stands out and was named the winner in their category! We would like to formally thank Laura Koval and staff for including us in this amazing celebration and congratulations to their entire organization on this highly esteemed award!
