Hiring and keeping employees is more challenging now than ever. Employees are looking for a happy work environment and benefits often sway them from staying or going.
Here is a quick experience I had while on a recent trip to a popular college town.
It was a Monday night and my family decided to go out for dinner. We researched reviews and found several restaurants that interested us. We called for reservations and were surprised by how many were closed on Mondays. The restaurants that were open had a limited menu.
I asked the manager of the restaurant we chose, "why the limited hours and menu".
The manager said the issue isn't due to a shortage of customers, it's a shortage of workers. She suggested her restaurant has more demand than ever but can't find enough employees to operate at 100%.
Is your business in a similar situation? What if I could show you how to save money, add more benefits, increase employee morale, and reduce time away from work with no out-of-pocket cost you your business or employees?
