SUMMARY:Santee Olympic Torch Relay
DESCRIPTION:We will be hand selecting (18) community members that represent everything from small businesses\, seniors\, teens\, fire\, sheriff and more will be a torch bearer and run or walk alongside a professional athlete for one leg of the relay. The relay will end at Santee Trolley Square in the amphitheater where we will host a mini symbolic opening ceremonies. We will host the symbolic opening ceremonies and lighting of the eternal flame in addition to recognizing the athletes competing & torch bearers along with some light refreshments and food.
